a little canning in the kitchen.....


here is a little of our garden this year: tomatillos, chili sauce (sloppy joe), pickles, salsa, lemon balm, sage, tarragon, parsley, basil and two garlics. I also froze 40 bags of shredded zuchini, and a bag of chives.

thanks Missy for the sloppy joe recipe, it's delicious!

still have to find time to do something with these tomatoes and dry some oregano and thyme.
